What We Provide

JFS at Home is a licensed home care agency that provides compassionate support and comprehensive services to help seniors, adults with chronic illnesses, and people recovering from surgery live safe, healthy, independent lives in their own homes. Care plans are customized to meet individual needs, including full- or part-time, long- or short-term, or 24/7. Services include:

Personal Care
• Assistance with bathing
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Toileting, including incontinence care
• Assistance with walking, transfers, and exercise

Homemaker/Companion
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Cooking
• Shopping and errands
• Transportation and travel companion
• Arrange social activities

Other Services
• Respite care (relief care for primary caregivers) 
• Mail sorting
• Referrals to Jewish Family Service care managers for counseling, transportation, money management, housing evaluations, and coordination of health care services
